AllMyHomies.com Terms of Use Agreement May 12th, 2009 AllMyHomies, LLC (“AllMyHomies” or “we”) operates AllMyHomies.com, which is a social networking service that allows Members a means by which to create unique personal profiles online in order to find and communicate with other people. The services offered by AllMyHomies include any AllMyHomies-branded URL (the "AllMyHomies Website"), the AllMyHomies instant messaging service, and any other features, content, or applications offered from time to time by AllMyHomies in connection with AllMyHomies’s business (collectively, the "AllMyHomies Services"). The AllMyHomies Services are hosted in the United States. This Terms of Use Agreement ("Agreement") sets forth the legally binding terms for your use of the AllMyHomies Services. By using the AllMyHomies Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement, whether you are a "Visitor" (which means that you simply browse the AllMyHomies Website, or otherwise
